Hot Red Sauce Chilaquiles (Chilaquiles Rojos)

Our all time classic Chilaquiles consist of strips of corn tortilla fried and sautéed in red tomatillo sauce. Topped with cheese sour cream and raw onion. Served with Rice and Beans.
